A Grant Agreement to co-fund the project titled “Learning Greek at Kindergarten: Support kindergarten teachers-TCN” (operation ID: AMIF/SO2/2024/3) was signed on 1st March 2024 between the European Funds Unit of the Ministry of Interior, as the Managing Authority of the Home Affairs Funds, and the Primary Education Department of the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth, as the Beneficiary.

The main objective of the project is to support Greek language learning by children coming from third countries and attending the public kindergartens of Cyprus.

The project has been implemented since October 2022 within the framework of the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF), and it is jointly financed by the European Union and the Republic of Cyprus. The total budget of the project is €214.000.

The project implementation period is 01/10/2022 - 30/09/2024.
