Any person wishing to change their name and/or surname can do so at the relevant Registrar (District Authority).
To change a name and/or surname, it is necessary to submit:

• Affidavit in a prescribed document form.
• Information regarding the requested change of name/surname to accompany the affidavit, and
• Payable fee for name/surname change 80 euros.
